We are an established and expanding bricklaying company based in Melbourne, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects ranging from $50,000 to $950,000. We pride ourselves on our strong reputation, loyal builder relationships, and tight-knit team culture.

We're currently seeking a Senior Foreman with 15+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality work, managing on-site teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple active projects

Supervise and support bricklayers, labourers, and subcontractors

Liaise with builders, site managers, and internal teams

Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment needs

Ensure high standards of workmanship, OH&S compliance, and site productivity

Read and interpret plans and solve on-site issues independently

Work closely with the Director and office team on scheduling and project targets

What We're Looking For

15+ years' bricklaying experience, with recent years in a foreman or supervisor role

Proven ability to run teams and manage multiple projects valued up to $950K

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to read and work from plans independently

White Card, driver's licence, and own tools (preferred)

Reliable, professional, and confident on site
