Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the construction industry;
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget;
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers;
- Ability to hit the ground running on major contracts;
- Previous experience working on projects between $4-10 million.
