Base pay range
A$90,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the delivery of person-centred care to participants
- Collaborating with Care Partners to develop care plans that reflect person-centred goals and needs
- Collaborating with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Managing rosters, schedules, and resources efficiently
- Driving continuous improvement, compliance, and quality care outcomes
- Leading with compassion while ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met
What you bring
- Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Strong experience managing Home Care Packages and coordinating service delivery
- A natural ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate sub-contractor deliver
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
- High computer literacy (AlayaCare experience is a plus)
- A genuine passion for the holistic well-being of the elderly and their families
