Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Disputes Resolutions Specialist to join their team. What you'll do:
As a Disputes Resolutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with customers and teams across the organisation to address complaints, ensuring that each case is handled with empathy, professionalism, and fairness.
- Address customer complaints
- Work towards reaching fair and balanced outcomes
- Handle complaints lodged through an external dispute resolution body or tribunal
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complaints effectively
- Manage cases involving wealth management and hardship
