Our client is seeking experienced camp Chefs to join their teams. Camp sizes vary from small sites accommodating 50 personnel to large-scale operations serving up to 2,000 individuals.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Bulk catering – high-volume preparation of salads, sandwiches, snacks, fruit, and buffet meals
  • Operating in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Collaborating with large kitchen teams
  • Assisting with functions and special events as required
  • Recording and managing food wastage
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and buffet areas

  • Weekly pay
  • $41.50 p/hr day shift
  • $43.50 p/hr night shift
  • $70.31 p/hr public holiday
  • Immediate starts available
  • Ongoing work opportunities for the right candidates
  • 11 hour shifts, nightshifts may be a possibility
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Bulk cooking experience in mining camps, hotels, or major events
  • Hospitality experience
  • Must be qualified (Aus Translated Certificate)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening (ongoing random screening may apply)
  • Willingness to obtain relevant site inductions
