The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our NSW Field Sales team in this newly created New Business Territory Manager position. This role is responsible for winning new business across identified areas within the state to grow the overall distribution of our White Milk, Chilled Beverage and "back-of-house" categories.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our NSW Field Sales team in this newly created New Business Territory Manager position. This role is responsible for winning new business across identified areas within the state to grow the overall distribution of our White Milk, Chilled Beverage and "back-of-house" categories.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio. You will be engaging with non-trading or lapsed customers across multiple channels including Cafes, restaurants and local trade outlets throughout the Metro Sydney area.
Responsibilities
- Achieve marketplace sales growth by securing new business opportunities across non-trading Bega Group customer base
- Generate a pipeline of leads from cold calling, lost and lapsed customers and working collaboratively with the field sales team.
- Build strong knowledge of and trusting relationships with relevant Key Decision makers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Lead the state on the new business strategy, providing insights to the state field sales team on wins
About you
- Strong sales experience in an FMCG or like company or Extensive industry experience (i.e Venue or Operations Manager level) within the hospitality sector
- Ability to achieve targets, manage priorities and gain buy in with the customer base to increase overall distribution in the region
- Demonstrated courage and resilience to have constructive and challenging conversations
- Comfortable with Cold Calling and able to build rapport quickly and authentically with decision makers
- Commercial knowledge - understanding market and industry dynamics, utilising volume knowledge, and leveraging pricing strategies
- Passionate, Self-Driven with key strengths in planning, follow-up and execution
