Since 1989 D&E Air Conditioning are one of Australia's leading Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services organisations with offices in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Geelong and Sydney. We have around 650 staff nationally, and that includes in-house engineering, drafting, project management, installation,commissioning, energy performanceand service teams.

The Role

D& E are continuing to grow its service business in Perth and we are seeking a highly motivated & experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team and take us to the next level.

Reporting to the National Service Manger the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing and capitalising on the opportunities that will be provided nationally.

Working in conjunction with our construction division ensuring all warranty DLP sites are maintained to a high standard.

As our Service Manager you will manage a solid team of technicians & apprentices ensuring high standards and maintaining solid safety focus.

Other key tasks:

Manage and oversee contracts

Ensure financial viability of portfolio

Technical Support

Growing technician base

Monthly finance reporting

Key Requirements:

Trade Qualified HVAC

Business Finance experience

Proactive nature

Ability to manage high volume customers

Remuneration:
