Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.We are seeking HVAC/Refrigerated technicians to join our WA DeltaFM team conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide.These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport.Applicants looking to start as soon as possible encouraged to applyTHE POSITIONConduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned worksFault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other tradesActively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlinesPrioritise and attend to urgent requestsProvide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.Report to Delta FM Operational SupportTHE PERSONHold an Australian Recognised Trade CertificateMinimum 3 years-experience in a similar roleFull ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical LicenceFull C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police CheckCurrent CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL - EWP highly desirableTeam player and able to work autonomouslyTHE BENEFITSWork across a variety of Remote Delta FM sites WA wide on a FIFO Casual basisSite based recreation amenities on some sites including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ's.Fortnightly Pay with Above Award WagesSalary packaging; Want to increase your take home pay?
