Job Description

As a building services engineer, you will lead and contribute to the design of mechanical systems across HVAC, ventilation, and energy sectors. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

You will conduct site inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will prepare technical documentation and reports to facilitate effective communication.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services design is necessary, preferably within the Australian market.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation tools is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical for success in this role.
  • Chartered status or working towards CPEng/MIEAust is highly desirable.
