Delta FM offers expertise, experience, and support in providing exceptional facilities management services to diverse industries across various locations and project stages. Our comprehensive facilities and project management services ensure smooth and efficient infrastructure setup.

We are seeking HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians to join our WA Delta FM team, conducting maintenance activities across remote village accommodations WA-wide.

These positions are FIFO from Perth Airport.

THE POSITION

  1. Perform maintenance tasks including inspections, classifications, repairs, and planned works.
  2. Engage in fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assist other trades.
  3. Manage and meet response times, rectification times, and deadlines.
  4. Prioritize and attend to urgent requests.
  5. Provide work orders, updates, and time estimates via mobile devices, including risk assessments.
  6. Ensure all activities comply with moral, ethical, legal standards, and best FM practices.
  7. Report to Delta FM Operational Support.

THE PERSON

  1. Hold an Australian Recognized Trade Certificate.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  3. Full ARCTICK Licence and Restricted Electrical Licence.
  4. Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card, and current Police Check.
  5. Current CPR, LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL; EWP certification highly desirable.
  6. Team player capable of working autonomously.
