Position: Key Account Lead – IT Professional Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing networks to generate leads and establish strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and align them with Otic's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Be adaptable, innovative, and understand how to succeed in a fast-growing business which is thriving in a dynamic IT services environment.
About You / Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in IT Professional Services Sales with a strong industry network in Melbourne.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
