OverviewPosition: Key Account Lead – IT Professional Services
Location: Melbourne
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive salary + commission
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks to generate leads and establish strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and align them with Otic's service offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Be adaptable, innovative, and understand how to succeed in a fast-growing business which is thriving in a dynamic IT services environment.
- Extensive experience in IT Professional Services Sales with a strong industry network in Melbourne.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and consulting services.
- Passion for working in a high-energy, fast-moving consulting company.
