About the Role

As the Branch Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Townsville branch. You'll support a high-performing team by managing a wide range of administrative functions, contributing to outstanding customer service and internal support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Switch board operations and assisting with enquires in a respectful manner.
  • Manage incoming mail from all sources
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing correspondence to customers, suppliers and technicians.
  • Maintain the main office with stationary orders and other office consumables in accordance with
    TMHA procedure
  • Assist the Service Supervisor with spare part enquires and processing, including parts interpretation, quoting on parts, processing and despatching of orders.
  • Process and invoice Purchase Orders
  • Assist with customer enquiries regarding short term rental and coordinating the fleet

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administration or office support role
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems (experience with SAP highly regarded)
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in a service or technical industry is a plus
