Overview

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next challenge in the events industry? We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the flow of hire inventory, including tables, chairs, décor, and hospitality equipment. This role is vital to ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery for events.

Location & Compensation

Location: Port Melbourne / West Melbourne

Salary: $70K–$80K + Super

Full-time position

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the receiving, cleaning, inspecting, storing, and packing of hire equipment

- Coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries and returns

- Manage inventory control, ensuring quality and availability

- Schedule staff and ensure a safe, organised warehouse environment

- Troubleshoot logistical issues during event preparations or equipment returns

What You’ll Need

- Previous warehouse experience (essential)

- Forklift licence (essential)

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Great communication and leadership abilities

- Self-starter, able to manage floating staff and take initiative
