Overview

TOMRA Cleanaway is the Network Operator responsible for delivering container deposit schemes across NSW, West Zone Victoria and Tasmania. We work with a diverse range of customers from consumers, return point partners and operational service delivery partners - TOMRA and Cleanaway to deliver a world class container deposit scheme for the citizens of NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries.
  • Answer phone calls on first ring.
  • Manage relationships between stakeholders and provide first line resolution.
  • Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite
  • Previous experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be highly regarded
  • Understanding of urgency and working towards set KPIs and SLAs
