About The Role

Are you an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience who's ready to take your expertise beyond the clinic?

Join our team as a Complex Rehab Product Specialist, where you will fuse your clinical knowledge with consultative selling to deliver tailored mobility and seating solutions across NSW.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for someone who wants to make real-world impact—improving lives through innovative rehabilitation products while developing strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on complex rehab equipment, including seating systems, wheelchairs, and mobility aids
  • Conduct product trials and deliver training to therapists, carers, and distributors
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive business outcomes and achieve growth targets
  • Build trusted networks across hospitals, aged care, community services, and NDIS providers
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and clinical applications in assistive tech

Who We Are Looking For
  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 3 years of clinical experience (rehabilitation or seating focus a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach
  • Strong interest in sales and product education—you are confident speaking to groups and guiding decisions
  • Keen to work autonomously and manage your own territory
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel regularly across NSW
