About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a Senior Investigations Officer position. This role involves leading a professional team to deliver compliance campaigns and exercise delegated powers under tax and revenue legislation in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of compliance officers to achieve results
  • Provide leadership, coaching, support and feedback to develop your team
  • Handle escalations, including interpreting legislation and identifying compliance risks
  • Plan, review and report on the effectiveness of compliance campaigns
Requirements
  • Leading others/managing teams to achieve results
  • Audit and/or investigation roles in a financial, tax or similar environment
  • Analysing, interpreting and applying legislation
  • Taking ownership of your own development and growth
  • Applying your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively
