No two days are the same in our busy & fast-paced environment, but your daily tasks will include:
- Providing top-tier customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Managing a range of customer queries, including online orders, product details, and service-related questions.
- Following procedures to meet quality standards and ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal processes.
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs to ensure we're always delivering our best.
- Completing administrative duties as needed.

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to show us that you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a contact or call centre environment, retail or hospitality.
- A passion for meeting KPIs and working in a structured, goal-driven setting.
- A professional and confident phone manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology—Microsoft Suite is essential, and experience with Genesys is a plus.
- A natural empathy for customers, with a respectful and values-driven approach to your work.
