This is an in-person, on-site role.

Role Details
  • Shifts at Pittwater House School fall between 8:00 – 9:00 AM and 3:00 – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
  • School Crossings require 20 hours of supervision per fortnight.
  • You will receive an hourly rate, superannuation, and paid leave during school holidays from Terms 1 to 3.
Responsibilities
  • Provide safe crossing supervision to students, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
  • Be a reliable, visible, and approachable presence in the school area to support community safety.

  • Reliable and willing to show up in all weather conditions.
  • Effective communication skills; alert to potential dangers.
Requirements & Benefits
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
  • Training, uniforms, and equipment provided.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and Health Assessment; support provided through the process.
  • If you already have a Working with Children Check, that may speed up the process.
  • Salary includes superannuation.
