Role

Paid Social Media Campaign Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and campaign execution, ensuring our clients' objectives are consistently met.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Develop and test creative variations, ad copy, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Implement and manage tracking/UTMs to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Analyse performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align paid social activity with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
Skills & Experience
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major paid social platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Proven track record in driving results against performance KPIs.
  • Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting (GA4, AgencyAnalytics, or similar).
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and creative testing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and email/SMS marketing.
