We are on the look out for a contract Paid Social Media Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Paid Media team at WiredCo., home to some of Australia's most loved brands - including Pizza Hut, R.M. Williams, THE ICONIC, Indeed, Georg Jensen, and bond-eye swimwear - all wrapped up in an award-winning people-first culture.

**the role**:
Supporting the team on implementation and reporting of paid social campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit.

The Day to Day responsibilities:

- Budget management
- Ad copy development
- Manage campaign builds from start to finish, or refreshing content in existing campaigns
- Ongoing optimisation and tracking towards KPIs
- Channel/campaign reporting and actionable insights
- Proactive recommendations when reviewing performance and optimisations
- Hours Contracted: 15-20 Hours per week
- Remote Working is common for this role

**the experience**:

- 2+ years experience in in the Paid Social and performance space, particularly Meta
- Agency side experience is beneficial
- Strong skills in analysing campaign performance and developing strong insights for future growth
- Strong Paid Social Advertising across Meta. Experience across TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit is a plus.
- Proactiveness on managing work and upcoming activity.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
- Extensive experience in performance reporting

**the package**:

- Offering $50-80 per hour, depending on experience.
