City of Salisbury, Australia Creative Scotland Full time

Are you looking for more flexibility within your job?

• Would you like to expand your current workload?

• Do you enjoy working with people who make a real difference?

• Does making tangible contributions to local communities inspire you?

• How about a challenge, together with variety, social interaction, and fun at the same time?
What do you think? YES, we hear you say

We are a national volunteering service provider, successfully helping UK companies to develop and deliver their volunteering programmes.

We are currently seeking freelance Event Facilitators to partner with us and help run our inspirational events. Working with some of the UK's leading corporate employers, we are looking for good communicators who present in a professional and friendly manner. We will ask you to liaise with our charity partners and represent us as the face of Employee Volunteering.

On any given day, your involvement may change. From inspiring school children or young people to interacting with care sector service users, making a real difference to their day. Using online forums to stimulate discussions on transformative change for selected charities and volunteers or assisting charities by supporting the infrastructure of their buildings and grounds.

You will need to be flexible, energetic, open-minded and possess practical skills. You'll love being able to work in a variety of settings and interact with all sorts of people, ideally with prior experience working within the event industry, albeit not essential. We will give you all the necessary training to hit the ground running.

Personal transport is essential for this PAID role (day rate £160), and you must have the right to live and work in the UK. It's a self-employed role.

Our opportunities are in various locations, however we are looking to recruit for someone that can commute to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Hours are variable to suit both you and our clients. We're sure to have something to fit in with your life and commitments.

Feel free to check us out at www.employeevolunteering.com

The deadline is Thursday 31 July 2025 at 17:00.
