Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering suitable products, and finalizing sales. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will participate in sales training sessions and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in the RV or tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
