The Opportunity

As our Client Host, you will serve as the Client Service Ambassador of the boutique. Embodying the house's service values, you will provide exceptional hospitality while ensuring our services enhance the client experience. Reporting to the Maison Host, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Customer Service
  • Manage and support all private client appointments, ensuring proper management of client service tools.
  • Oversee floor operations to attend to all clients, including queue, appointment, and in-store waiting time management.
  • Provide an exceptional first impression by greeting clients upon entry and guiding them through the boutique.
  • Lead boutique tours, sharing architectural, historical, and relevant information.
  • Engage with clients on the floor and introduce them to relevant team members.
  • Extend service gestures such as client requests, repairs, online pickups, product adjustments, and resolving service issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store and private client areas.
Sales Support
  • Support visual merchandising, in-store animations, and clienteling activities.
  • Assist with beverage and refreshment service, ensuring bars are stocked and replenished.
  • Liaise with security, providing guidance as needed.
Private Client Area Management
  • Coordinate with the Maison Host to manage private client area bookings.
  • Prepare and organize private client areas for appointments.
  • Keep accurate records of client appointments and update as necessary.
  • Support client appointments by providing sales tools when needed.
Internal Liaison
  • Report external boutique activities to management.
  • Share ideas for improvement and best practices.
  • Notify management of potential client complaints.
About You

Previous customer service experience is preferred, with high standards of presentation, interpersonal skills, and grooming. You should be a team player, embody Hermès' values, and possess strong communication skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment, professionalism, and a passion for Hermès' creations are essential.
