We are expanding with new cyber security offerings leveraging the ServiceNow platform security and risk capabilities to aid decision making and increase effective integration and automation outcomes.

With operations across Perth, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne, we work with customers to deliver pragmatic cybersecurity solutions and outcomes that are sustainable, appropriate, and aligned with each organisation's maturity and risk appetite. This role focuses on ServiceNow sales and cybersecurity, helping enterprise and government clients unlock the platform's potential in its cybersecurity, GRC, and risk modules.

This is a strategic overlay role supporting account managers while working directly with clients and internal teams (architects, advisory, and delivery) to develop compelling solutions, proposals, and business cases. You will be involved in opportunity planning, customer engagement, and end-to-end solution design to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You're a great fit if you have:
  • 10+ years selling complex enterprise solutions – in ServiceNow
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and GRC modules
  • Proven experience building commercial business cases and SOWs
  • Outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills
  • A consultative approach and love for solving customer problems
