With operations across Perth, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne, we work strategically with our customers to deliver pragmatic cybersecurity solutions and outcomes that are sustainable, appropriate and aligned with the maturity and risk appetite of each organisation.
As a ServiceNow Sales Specialist at CSO Group, you'll be at the forefront of helping major enterprise and government clients unlock the true potential of Service Now especially within its cybersecurity, GRC and risk modules. This isn't just a sales role – it's a trusted advisor position, where your technical knowledge, business insight and solution-led mindset help deliver real change. You'll guide customers through best practices and tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned to their risk posture.
This is a strategic overlay role, supporting account managers while working directly with clients and internal teams including architects, advisory and delivery to develop compelling solutions, proposals and business cases. You'll play a key role in opportunity planning, customer engagement and end-to-end solution design to deliver outcomes that matter.

You're a great fit if you have:
- 10+ years selling complex enterprise solutions – in ServiceNow
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and GRC modules
- Proven experience building commercial business cases and SOWs
- Outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills
- A consultative approach and love for solving customer problems
