Job Title

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience during the seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior service to each customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Store Operations: Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, manage stock movement, optimize sales, tidy the shopfloor, and set up for promotions and sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge, researching and describing product features and benefits to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
  • Customer Focus: A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively as part of a team.
