The Role
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing personalized service and ensuring products meet customer needs.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock movement, and sales optimization.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation with your team.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and research features and benefits to describe to customers.
  • Support store leadership with assigned tasks and report safety hazards or concerns immediately.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is required.
  • Enthusiastic approach to store operations and personable customer interactions is expected.
