Initial 6 months (with view to extend)Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid Set-up)Employment Type: Contract About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive SailPoint Consultant to join our team based in Sydney, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), with supporting expertise in Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Okta.
This role will play a key part in managing both BAU operations and project-based initiatives, particularly as we transition out of IT Operations Management (ITOM) into a stable, fixed-resource team.
Responsibilities:Manage and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ systems, including configurations, workflows, and integrations.Support identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, access provisioning, role management, and de-provisioning.Perform regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support IAM-related project deliverables.Administer and support Azure AD, AD, and Okta environments.Respond to and resolve BAU requests and incidents related to identity and access.Identify and implement continuous improvements for IAM processes and systems.
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Okta.Solid understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, SSO, and provisioning workflows.Experience working in hybrid support environments with competing BAU and project demands.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Green Light is one of Asia Pacific's most successful and fastest growing IT services businesses.
