Customer Service Retail Staff – Vic's Butcher & Deli Chadstone

Casual positions available; 15 plus hours.

Are you passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Vic's Meat is seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team in our recently opened state-of-the-art retail store, located in the vibrant 'Market Place' food precinct at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

We're looking for individuals who thrive on creating connections with customers, have outstanding communication skills, and take pride in providing a warm and engaging shopping experience. As part of our team, you'll work in a dynamic environment alongside passionate food enthusiasts, helping customers discover the finest quality meats and gourmet products.

About Us - Vic's Meat: The Chef's Butcher

For over 20 years, Vic's Meat has proudly been the trusted butcher for Melbourne's finest restaurants, delivering the exceptional quality that chefs demand. Now, we offer that same restaurant-grade meat in our recently opened retail butcher shop, with the addition of an exciting new deli concept, serving up mouthwatering sandwiches, fresh salads, and sides, located in the bustling new 'Market Pavilion' food precinct of Chadstone Shopping Centre. As a family business with a passion for excellence, we are dedicated to offering Melbourne consumers the finest selection of premium, sustainably sourced meats. Key Daily Tasks
  • Providing friendly and professional service to all customers.
  • Product knowledge and skills training.
  • Daily store cleanliness and product management.
  • Accurate point of sale and cash handling.
  • Daily opening and closing procedures.

To be successful..You will demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for customer service and all things food and, previous experience in a retail, food store or a food and beverage environment would be an advantage. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills together with a reliable, punctual, and positive attitude are all the attributes we are looking for.
