This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and build experience in retail practices.

  • We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in helping with sales, merchandising and quality control. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring quality customer service on the shop floor or at point of sale, assisting in processing donations as well as maintaining the general appearance and upkeep of the store area.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:

  • Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Displays and Merchandising: Assisting in the creation of attractive and engaging displays that showcase our products
  • Team Work: Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Safety: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
