Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our residential aged care home in Hervey Bay. As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the independence, mobility, and dignity of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, a minimum of two years' experience in physiotherapy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be able to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to residents
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Current registration with AHPRA as a qualified Physiotherapist
- Minimum two years' experience in physiotherapy (experience in aged care is highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to hold, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights
