Qualifications
  • In depth Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) Functional Knowledge
  • Understanding of the utility industry\'s business processes, such as billing, customer service, and payment processing & Meter data management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modelling, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions.
