  • Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) functional work
  • Understand utility industry business processes, including billing, customer service, payment processing, and meter data management
  • Analyze functional issues and provide effective solutions; collaborate with clients, technical teams, and end-users
Qualifications
  • In-depth Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) functional knowledge
  • Understanding of utility industry business processes (billing, customer service, payment processing, meter data management)
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
