The RoleWe're looking for an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our growing team in Sydney.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and engage potential clients across professional services and technology sectors.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations that showcase Procuret's value.
- Collaborate with the team to generate and nurture leads.
- Contribute to sales strategy and execution to meet (and exceed) revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise retention and impact.

What We're Looking For- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or customer engagement (1–3 years preferred, but ambitious graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to understand and present technology-enabled payment solutions with confidence.
- Target-driven mindset with resilience in a performance-based environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous exposure to the fintech or payments sector is a plus.
- Competitive salary: $70K – $90K including super + variable incentives.
