The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our growing team in Sydney.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across professional services and technology sectors.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and customers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that showcase Procuret's value.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and execution to meet (and exceed) revenue targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise retention and impact.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or customer engagement (1–3 years preferred, but ambitious graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to understand and present technology-enabled payment solutions with confidence.
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience in a performance-based environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous exposure to the fintech or payments sector is a plus.
