mySleep has a fantastic opportunity for a Full-time Clinic Manager to join our team at our Greenslopes clinic.

About the Role:

Your primary role is to ensure the smooth management of the clinic, staff, and patients. You will also actively work in both CPAP and Diagnostics as required. You will collaborate closely with GPs, Sleep Physicians, and Scientists to provide a comprehensive Testing and Treatment Pathway for patients diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.

The CPAP Therapist duties involve introducing and managing CPAP therapy for patients diagnosed with OSA, including equipment trials, sales, and ongoing management to ensure effectiveness and comfort.

The Diagnostic Technician duties include setting up patients for Diagnostic Home-based Sleep Tests and managing the patient pathway through our testing process, including communication with patients and doctors.

About You:

At least 2 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, multitasking environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Experience in CPAP and/or Diagnostics is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.

A background in Sleep, Nursing, Pharmacy, Optical, or Allied Health fields is highly valued.

You should have enthusiasm and a positive attitude to support the team and be committed to growing the business and our reputation.

Self-starter qualities, initiative, quick learning ability, and proactive work approach are essential.

You should be capable of leading and directing staff to achieve positive patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

A strong desire to help people, showing compassion, is crucial.

An understanding of basic reporting, administration, stock control, and ordering duties is necessary.

Attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow complex processes are important.
