We are seeking an experienced Radiographer with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex diagnostic imaging services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Toowoomba clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and referrer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Radiographer looking to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. As Radiographer in Charge, you will have the autonomy to manage the clinic's operational efficiency, develop and implement process improvements, and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in management or leadership roles is highly desirable, as is proficiency in radiographic procedures and modalities.

  • Leadership and management responsibilities for a team of 7 staff members.
  • Operational management of the Toowoomba Diagnostic Imaging clinic, including clerical, technical, and radiologist functions.
  • Effective management of resources and expenditure to meet site and regional KPIs.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Recruitment, selection, and training of new staff members.
  • Monitoring and management of staff performance, including probation and performance reviews.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Senior CT / General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with at least five years of post-qualification experience.

Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.

Previous management experience is advantageous.

QLD Radiation License and AHPRA registration.
