About The Role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Based at our Head Office in Kilsyth, you will play an essential role in supporting our customers, helping them with sales inquiries, product information, and order management. You'll work closely with our Wholesale Store network and Dealership customers in Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering sales inquiries by phone and email from customers, including consumers, retailers, and automotive dealers.
  • Creating sales orders, quotes, and proposals for customers.
  • Supporting the team to meet customer service goals and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Working together with colleagues to quickly resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  • Building strong relationships with our wholesale network.
  • Providing helpful product support and troubleshooting by phone or email.

Skills And Attributes Of The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is highly valued.
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in or a strong passion for the 4WD industry or lifestyle highly desirable.
  • Strong follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about the ARB 4WD accessories product catalogue.
