We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic qualified baker to join our team at Bakers Delight.
As a Qualified Baker, your responsibilities will include:
- Baking and presenting quality products to meet customer needs
- Coaching and supporting Apprentices
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Assisting with stock control
- Providing excellent customer service when required
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be a team player
- Be accustomed to starting work early
- Take pride in producing high-quality products
- Have experience as a qualified baker
