
E-Learning Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Designer to join our corporate Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning solutions that support employee development, compliance, and performance improvement across the business.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences
- Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is engaging, inclusive, and effective
- Building and maintaining learning content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensuring consistency with brand, tone, and corporate values in all learning materials
- Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data
- Updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs
- Supporting blended learning initiatives that incorporate both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, where appropriate
About You
- 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate or business environment
- Experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)
- Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills Include
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards
- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva)
- Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive content development
