Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer
Our team is seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to create engaging digital learning experiences for employee development, compliance, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and e-learning development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital content using various tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences.
  • Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create inclusive and effective learning experiences.
  • Building and maintaining learning content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensuring consistency with brand tone and corporate values in all learning materials.
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data.
  • Updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs.
  • Supporting blended learning initiatives that incorporate both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, where appropriate.

About You:
  • A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate or business environment.
  • Experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
