We are growing and have a number of full-time production roles available that will rotate between both morning and afternoon shifts.  In these roles, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operational production processes within a factory environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of growth brands.

About You

• Must be available to work rotating shifts between morning and afternoon
• Must have desire and adaptability to work accross all production rooms 
• Demonstrate proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in TPM systems
• Ability to complete root cause analysis activities

About the Role

This role will report to the Production Supervisor.  

Working In the position of Manufacturing Operative, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and utilise reporting systems to continuously improve site safety
• Complying with HACCP & GMP processes
• Operating Food Manufacturing machine processing and packaging equipment, with high-volume output
• Completing Quality Control checks, inspections & audits on software systems
• Completing line level operational tasks
• Working within a highly diverse cross functional team
• Engaging in improvement activities (TPM)
