Continued growth has opened the door for a senior Construction & Major Projects specialist – either an established Partner or a standout Special Counsel ready to step up.

The Role

Working alongside three high-performing Partners in the Projects & Infrastructure group, this position offers collaboration across government advisory and major projects nationally. Ideal for professionals with a foundation in PPPs and experience advising public or private sector stakeholders on major infrastructure delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • PAE : 10–25 years
  • Location : Brisbane-based or relocating from another mid or national firm
  • Expertise in at least two of the following :

Major transport, health, education or energy infrastructure

Construction contracts and advisory workGovernment procurement and tendering processesProject structuring, delivery and managementNetworks : Relationships with State / Commonwealth Government or Tier 1 / 2 ContractorsLeadership : Proven commercial judgement, client focus, and team mentoring capability

Special Counsel : $290K+Salaried Partner : $400K + performance bonusesEquity Partner : $750K – $1.5M+
