Now expanding in Australia and into the Asia Pacific region, the firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services that clients find both refreshing and insightful.
All staff are motivated to build strong client relationships, promote business growth, and contribute to the firm's overall success.
Their innovative approach is driving significant growth across Australia, and they are seeking additional Senior lawyers to join their national presence with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, with opportunities to work remotely in other regions.
Ideally:You will be a Senior lawyer with a transportable practice feeling constrained by your current firm's limits.
You will possess the drive and determination to succeed exceptionally in your field.
You will have a portable client base and/or the ability to grow it.
You will have the confidence to manage your practice and make decisions independently, supported by the firm's management and backend teams.
You already see the world as your oyster; you just need the support.
Once onboard, you will have full control and autonomy over your work, report to yourself without management intervention, and retain 70% of your portable practice billings, plus a percentage of fees you refer to other lawyers within the firm (over 20% referred work is common).
This is an unprecedented opportunity with no limits on earnings or growth potential, allowing you to manage your practice with full autonomy.
