Contract Administrator

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Contract Administrator who is seeking a long career with one of Australia's leading builders. This opportunity is immediate, and you will be joining the team on a major project in Sydney's West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, reporting on, and advising on all commercial aspects of a large-scale project; and ensuring effective and consistent administration of all project contractual relationships.
This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all commercial aspects of a large-scale project.
- Advise on compliance with contractual requirements in head contracts, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements.
- Report on commercial performance and administer project contracts and relationships.
- Possess a relevant building or QS degree
- Experience managing head and subcontracts on large-scale commercial projects, preferably in CBD locations
- Quality focused with the ability to assess risk
- Demonstrated longevity with past employers and exemplary references
