Role: Inbound Customer Service – 12-Month FTC (Parental Leave Cover) - internally called as 'Grower Experience Representative'
Location: Wagga Wagga
Salary: $65,000–$75,000

In this role, you'll contribute by:

  • Being the first point of contact for grower enquiries via the 1800 Grains hotline
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, traders, and internal teams
  • Supporting the Grain Marketing team by managing contracts and liaising with traders to ensure competitive pricing
  • Using multiple internal platforms (CRM, SAP, CropConnect, NGR, FutureGrain) to manage daily tasks and maintain compliance
  • Handling competing priorities and providing solutions to resolve grower issues in a timely, professional manner

Who we're looking for:
We're seeking a team player with a background in customer service—ideally within a phone-based environment. You'll need to be confident managing difficult conversations, solving problems on the fly, and working both independently and collaboratively. Agricultural industry experience is a bonus but not essential.

A genuine commitment to the full 12-month contract is critical, as this role plays a key part in supporting growers throughout the full seasonal cycle—including extended hours and occasional weekend work during harvest.
