Customer Service Expert Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and administration team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Ensure our customers have the best possible experience within the branch.
  • Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
