About The Role

Are you passionate about creating memorable activations and driving value for brands and fans? We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic corporate Partnerships team and play a key role in shaping key partner engagement with the AFL and Marvel Stadium.

As Partnerships Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Account Manager to manage and develop partner relationships. From day-to-day sponsorship delivery and media activations, to bold joint marketing campaigns and unforgettable game-day experiences, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our partners achieve their goals.

You'll work collaboratively with our Digital, Sales, Guest Experience and Stadium Operations teams to deliver partner initiatives and activations. Additionally, you will support the delivery of major commercial partners with ticketing, hospitality, player appearances, merchandise funds and much more.

After-hours and weekend hosting duties are required from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on key sponsorship agreements while proactively driving commercial outcomes and fresh ideas.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, ensuring they get the very best from their rights and benefits.
  • Lead the planning and execution of partner activations, from concept through to flawless delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to unlock strategic leverage and integration opportunities.
  • Create compelling partner presentations and reports that showcase success and spark future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales/marketing/sponsorship management/digital/media/agency
  • A strong understanding or experience with commercial media/marketing initiatives and developing reports
  • Competence in a range of computer programs and budget management
  • A team focused approach
Preferred
  • Sound understanding of the AFL Competition and Stadiums
  • Relevant tertiary degree/diploma
