We're a fast-growing, customer-focused workshop in Thornton, NSW, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team.

If you have at least 5 years of experience, a passion for cars, and the drive to deliver service excellence, this is your chance to work with a team that values your skills and rewards your results.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the friendly, professional face that greets every customer
  • Manage service bookings from start to finish with precision and care
  • Prepare detailed quotes and job cards, ensuring customer understanding and approval
  • Keep communication flowing between our technicians and customers
  • Recommend additional services with integrity and value in mind
  • Monitor workshop scheduling to keep everything running smoothly
  • Follow up after every job to maintain long-term customer relationships
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a workshop Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • A solid understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs and parts
  • Brilliant communication and people skills
  • Organisational skills that keep the workshop running like clockwork
  • Confidence using workshop management software & MS Office
