About This OpportunityReporting directly to the Head of Engineering, as the Manager, Maintenance Operations, you will support the management, oversight, and continual improvement of engineering operations across the RFDS SA/NT, four bases.
Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance activities and ensure the highest standards of airworthiness and safety are maintained.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with CASA regulatory requirements, RFDS policies, and OEM guidelines.
- Coordinate and oversee fleet-wide modifications, upgrades, and maintenance programs for PC-12, PC-24 and C208 aircraft.
- A Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with strong aircraft maintenance leadership experience.
- An excellent communicator with problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
